ILLUSTRATION AND VISUAL NARRATION FINAL PROJECT - L-O-V-E Triptych Week 10 - Week 15(?) Song: The Look of Love - Nina Simone The look of love is in your eyes A look your smile can't disguise The look of love Is saying so much more that just words could ever say And what my heart heard, well it takes my breath away I can hardly wait to hold you, feel my arms around you

DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND IMAGING  (FINAL) PROJECT 2 Future . 20, 50, 420 years later. How would it look like? Will we be living in utopia? Or will we be living in dystopia?  Dystopia. The answer is dystopia. We're already messing the world up I legit think we won't last another 30 years. Me, personally, probably will cease to exist in 5 years time. So for the final project, we have to create a city in the future. We can choose to make our society still intact, but we're also allowed to imagine everything in ruins, which is probably the more realistic outcome for our future. But guess what? I'm doing utopian kind of future where the cities are all in the sky because I'm a sad weeb and I like Studio Ghibli's "Castle in the Sky" (not really but the concept is stuck in my head since the Castle of Pyrenees exercise) and since we're creating a fake future, I might as well be fake myself. Here are the images I used to create this fakeass fu

ILLUSTRATION AND VISUAL NARRATION PROJECT 2 - Mashup Comic/Poster 24.10.2019 (Week 9) Jeff The Killer Jeff the Killer's catchphrase is "go to sleep." It's what he says before he kills people, so the plot twist here is that instead of killing people, he actually goes to sleep.  Boboiboy The twist here is pretty obvious. He's a samurai, or a ronin, but without a sword or any kind of weapon because if I wanted to give him weapons, I'd have to split him into 7 and give each elements a weapon that suits them. Original Boboiboy doesn't have weapons cuz he's a good boi    (◡‿◡) So  instead of "Boboiboy Galazy," it's "Boboiboy's Japanese."

TYPOGRAPHY: FINAL PROJECT 30.10.2019 - 20.11.2019 (Week 10 - Week 13) Maisarah bt Muhd Zamri (0335576) Typography Final Project LECTURES INSTRUCTIONS 30.10.2019 (Week 10) Exercise before the actual project We were told to bring an A3-ish cardboard, painting tools, a glue gun, and a 4-7 feet stick. We were going to make a placard of our belief/manifesto regarding DESIGN and SOCIETY. My manifesto is "GOOD DESIGN = GOOD SOCIETY." Very simple, I know. It's because I'm simple minded. But that's the problem; it's simple, so I have to come up with a way to make it stand out. Fig 1.1 (Placard design sketch 1) Fig 1.2 (Placard design sketch 2) Fig 1.3 (Placard design sketch 3) So the main idea here is to make the background black and the words white. Simple concept of contrast. That way, the words really do pop out. The problem is, I didn't bring any paint. I have black ink, and I own a white marker, so I thought it c
